According to a recent survey by Angus Reid, people approve of genetic modification of human embryos if it will remove genetic diseases or immunize them again certain non-genetic diseases. Respondents drew a sharp line however in finding genetic modification unacceptable when it comes to altering a child's physical attributes or attempting to make them smarter. What do you think?
